Roof Decks with Sweeping Views
Roof deck common areas offer a 360-degree monumental view of the Washington Metropolitan area. Residents gather most nights to socialize and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Washington Channel. Harbour Square roof decks are the place to be for July 4th and Cherry Blossom Festival fireworks.
Pool
Our large, heated indoor pool was fully renovated in 2017. Pool hours include periods with lifeguard staffing daily. It has a hydraulic lift to accommodate residents of all abilities.
Fitness Center
The fitness center boasts river views, provides residents state-of-the-art equipment, includes locker rooms with showers, and is open 24/7.
Gardens
Whether you admire beautiful landscapes or enjoy gardening yourself, Harbour Square is an oasis of green space. Designed by noted landscape architect Daniel Urban Kiley, Harbour Square’s mid-century modern landscape includes grand vistas, a one-acre water garden, intimate wooded areas, and a Great Lawn perfect for picnics and croquet. Rooftop planting boxes are available to residents to plant herbs, vegetables, and flowers.
Gatehouse Services
The Gatehouse is centrally located and is staffed 24/7 to receive visitors and packages. Other services include managing access for authorized contractors and deliveries, security surveillance, reserving taxis, and dry cleaning pick-up.
Bicycle Storage
Harbour Square has multiple secure bike storage lockers that are protected from the elements in our garage. The Gatehouse has a convenient bike rack for guests.
Parking for Residents and Guests
Harbour Square offers residents secure, covered parking for approximately 450 vehicles for a monthly fee. About 20 percent of these spaces are located on the ground level. The remaining spaces are situated in the basement garage. About 50 guest parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis for a small daily fee.
Clubroom
The Clubroom may be rented for your special occasion or event. It offers amazing views, a full kitchen, and can accommodate up to 399 people.
Internet and Cable
The Cooperative provides Comcast Blast! high-speed internet, Expanded Basic HD cable channels, and wireless modems to all Harbour Square Residents. Public WiFi is available throughout the complex.
